Eher melancholisch oder ihr habt eine andere Vorstellung? Manchmal muss man Freunde "aussortieren", weil sier einem nicht gut tun, auch wenn es weh tut. Und meistens tut man sich schwer mit der Chance auf einben neuen Anfang. Und manchmal ist es auch besser so... oder? Oder nicht?

A story about love, lust, dreams and loss. The things we take from them, the things we keep longing for.

A young runaway decides to go back home. When she arrives she realises that she should never have left in the first place because all she needs is right there. She has had a rough time on her own and is feeling let down by what she thought would be a new adventure full of possibilities.

This is a lyric about a relationship with a potential star, who becomes one. As the relationship goes along and the person becomes a bigger star they leave, and when they return there's always less of them that comes back. The person who isn't the star knows that the days are numbered and they will leave one day for good. The only good thing about it was that person got famous from the other. Famous for being the other one in the relationship. Even though they should have known better to get involved and stay in the relationship, they did.

Nostalgia is appealing, but it also has an enemy. Forgetting the last can harm us just as much as idolizing it. Finding a balance is hard, but when we do--seeing the good, the bad, and the path that led us here--we don't have to ignore or be owned by what our life used to be.
