Vers Dearly beloved, we gather on this day. to join together this pair who before us stand, who stand in their way? Joyfully and in the love of God. Into this holy estate. You are all here to witness the step they are about to take. Chorus You’re at the beginning. It’s not always an easy road. It can be beautiful but there are bumps that can’t be told. Life is a journey, and it shouldn’t be taken alone. We all need a hand to hold. Vers Jesus Reminds us, of the couple that God made. A man shall leave his parents and become one with a maid. The two shall become one in the love that they create. A life completed with the promise not to separate. Chorus You’re at the beginning. It’s not always an easy road. It can be beautiful but there are bumps that can’t be told. Life is a journey, and it shouldn’t be taken alone. We all need a hand to hold. Bridge (1 Corinthians 13:4-8 + a prayer) Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it isn’t proud. It isn’t rude, not self-seeking, or easily angered. It keeps no record of the wrongs that come to pass. Love doesn’t delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It protects, always trusts, it hopes, perseveres, and never fails. O' Almighty God, you have created us all in the image of Love, the image of Yourself. Bless now these two who stand before you. Guide them in your wisdom, shine your light down upon them, that as they journey through this life together, they will walk as bearers of your Truth. Chorus You’re at the beginning. It’s not always an easy road. It can be beautiful but there are bumps that can’t be told. Life is a journey, and it shouldn’t be taken alone. We all need a hand to hold. Vers And now I ask you each to repeat the vows. To love and to cherish forever from now. No matter what comes in your way from this day forward. Promise to handle all together with no anger or row. Chorus You’re at the beginning. It’s not always an easy road. It can be beautiful but there are bumps that can’t be told. Life is a journey, and it shouldn’t be taken alone. We all need a hand to hold. Ending I now pronounce you man and wife now go. by our witness and your promise before His throne. With God’s blessing on this journey, you partake. Mister and Misses may you be always in His grace.

Sure Victory

By Stanley Chris

This is a song of triumph, expressing faith in an all-powerful God Who is more than able to keep us safe in perilous times such as these in which we find ourselves. The Verses speak of His Word is a lamp and a light in darkest of times (Psalm 119:105), and a tower we can run to when the fight lands at our door. Because of such blessed assurance, we have a response of faith-proclamation in the Chorus, committing our lives unreservedly into His almighty hands, where He has inscribed our names, and where we are sheltered by His love. In His unfailing arms, His grace covers all our shame, and we have victory over the greatest of fears: death! This confidence in our God is followed up in the Bridge, which borrows heavily from Psalm 91, a famous passage that talks about God's protection for His people that is provided for in the covenant He has with us in Christ.

The end of time

By Howard Aronson

This lyric is about the title The end of Time, something we are very close to in this world. There's so much corruption, greed and war. Senseless killings and other pillaging and purging of people's homes and countries. Now the time is near, maybe even the time has come where we all will have to pay the price as a human race. We've done so much damage to the world, and the tension in the air can be cut by a knife. Birds usually always tell us something about what might be going on within the atmosphere or if there's danger coming. And the birds are sitting in the trees, hanging out on the wires, like they did in that movie The birds. You know any minute that is going to fly away with fear, right before the end happens. We will have no time to escape. Nothing will escape. Not even God can help anymore. It's the end of Time.
