This song is about struggling with an eating disorder. The voice inside your head being so loud, being trapped inside a prison… you get it.

These lyrics are about a Mom who, for whatever reason, left her young preteen daughter, with perhaps an older sibling or grandparents, so she could search for the answers/the meaning to her own struggles...not truly realizing the aftermath, the devastating affects of her leaving had on her broken-hearted, unguided daughter.

One of the strongest versions of a work still in progress.

Once again escaping to the warmth, and carefree abandon of summer and activities away from the devices. The amusement ride is quite spectacular in its painted ponies and variety.

First song written for and from a melody on the Trail Dulcimer. A little experimental in phrasing and rhyme.
