In my late Sophomore year of high school, I was forced to move away from the friends that were important to me. After facing the realization that I would be leaving for good, it dawned upon me that I never appreciated those friends enough. I spent my time there dealing with insecurity and fear of getting close to them. "Alone" focuses on my feelings for one friend in particular who I was always too afraid to talk to (mostly because he was popular) and the longing to see him again.

A pop-rock/gospel vibe - my own try at a lean on me/troubled water type of lyric.

This is actually for my sister. She is my best friend and we understand each other. I love her so much. I hope two hearts can relate to this.

Falling in love isn’t easy, but maybe writing a song helps!

This might be too personal too understand, but I’ll just say that it’s about me apologizing to the world about my messes I’ve made and never cleaned up.
