Don’t tell me What you think I should do You’re so clever But what’s it got to do with you I’ll do what I want to do I’ll go where I want to go I’ll be what I want to be I want to control my destiny Keep your thoughts inside your head Like rumours, you don’t want to spread Keep the fiction away from the facts Or my verbal will feel like an Axe You’re too overbearing for me I want my thoughts to be free I have a mind of my own With experience it has grown Stay out of my thoughts and dreams Or nothing will be what it seems It will drive me around the bend If I’m like you in the end My thoughts I want to be free They’ll always be part of me I’m sure that you’ll all agree I need to control my destiny

Opfer der Zeit

By Roland Köhler
