Ya know...those little daydreams we make up, of the perfect scenario, and replay them over and over until we fall asleep. But hers may be a little skewed.
I wrote this song while listening to Ladyfingers by Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass. It’s a song about how life changes or how we see it differently once we find love.
Inspired by the wild horses of the Southwestern and Western USA, Poland, and Mongolia. This is also an early experiment with a rhyme scheme similar to other forms of poetry in repetition of lines. As with all my writings, I can edit as needed or work out a melody to suit any genre.
