Do The Line
In today's world many of us have experienced on a personal level or through others the effects of addiction on an acquaintance or even a family member. Whether it's drugs, alcohol, gambling or any other type of addiction often the consequences can be the same not only for the addict but for those around them. "Do the Line" touches on a surface level the issues from the addicts perspective and how it can often result in a gradual loss of everything around them.

Sell my home
Sell my car
I'll do anything for
Just one more scar
I'll taste the powder
I'll breathe the need
So I'll do more and more
And more, and more
Until I bleed
***Chorus***
Just to, Do the line
Do the line
Each and every day
It gets harder every time
Just to, do the line
Do the line
Why do you want
To stop me when
I'm feeling so fine
I've lost my job
My girlfriend to
I've got a new love
Yeah, lives in a tube
She feels so silky
She eases my mind
So I'll do more and more
And more, and more
So we can spend some time
Now everything is gone
There's nothing left
Just an empty hole
Where my life was kept
I swear I'll change
Make everything right
So I'll do more and more
And more, and more
Till the end of time
