This Means War
Two knights of religious significance are resurrected during revelations and while Heaven and Hell go to war, they rise with the mortal horde to wage war against both in an effort to free the mortal realm from the hold of the immortal.

A whole new dawn
rises now upon us!
The old world's gone
Hell presents its magnum opus
What the Hell's left
to die fighting for?
It's time to cross the line
between the mortal and divine
Reassess the situation
revel in some revelation
revolution overdue and
this means war!
Feed the crows!
Banquet of the fallen
Valhall's halls are calling
and in the black
the darkness that's befallen
all the world's long forgotten
Rises now amidst the rotten
to rebuild the empire
we died fighting for!
A blackened husk
far beyond redeeming
from the dust
arises gleaming
with nothing left
inside worth fighting for!
Now's the time, the heavens align
The world’s profaned and that’s the sign
To raise our ammunition
disregard our admonition
resolute in our new mission
that this means war!
Feed the crows!
Banquet of the fallen
Valhall's halls are calling
and in the black
the darkness that's befallen
all the world's long forgotten
Rises now amidst the rotten
to rebuild the empire
we died fighting for!
Mortal engines
break the ageless
shattering the aegis
of this infernal war!
Ancient mistakes!
Raise the stakes!
And just like that
there’s a world worth fighting for!
So burn the cross
Sanctify your hatred
With the ashes of the jaded!
Rekindle your wroth
And crucify the emperors
The conquerors, the demiurge!
This universe’s no need
for immortals anymore!
This world isn’t anyone’s
Inherited from Demi-Gods
We take it and its flame!
Mortals unite
to banish the night!
No more hymns or verses
We’re unshackling the universe there’s
No place left to hide!
No place for reverence anymore
This means war!
