The disco lights flickered In the smoke-filled room I noticed you sat all alone I wanted to come over and sit with you Maybe you want to be on your own I watch you through the flickering lights As you look around the place I see tears in your eyes A sadness on your face I’d like to come on over Try to make you smile Take your mind off your troubles Just for a little while But it looks to me Like you want to be on your own In a room full of strangers You sit there all alone I see teardrops roll along your face As you get up to leave this place Together we could have been just right I guess we’re both losers tonight I guess we’re both losers tonight I guess we’re both losers tonight I guess we’re both losers tonight

Opfer der Zeit

By Roland Köhler
