Unguarded

(Emma Lindman)

Unguarded is about letting go of all the things that hold us back. It's about acknowledging and celebrating all of the little, good parts of life, and hanging on to them. It's about using these parts of life to drive the good will of people, and make the world a better place.

There’s a part inside us all that we keep safe a piece of our soul we’ll never let escape the people we meet, the love we share none of this will ever compare to The freedom the feeling of your heart singing to its favorite tune the sound you make cuz you’re going home soon letting a tear slide down your face showing them that you’re afraid or smiling, when your love walks in the room letting go of what’s making you heartless and just being unguarded Building up your walls takes a lot of strength the conscious effort to hide your real face the time is now so rise above open the curtains to your own love and feel The freedom the feeling of your heart singing to its favorite tune the sound you make cuz you’re going home soon letting a tear slide down your face showing them that you’re afraid or smiling, when your love walks in the room letting go of what’s making you heartless and just being unguarded, ah The fear you feel right now will pass with time so please my dear stand up and fight fight for what you believe in fight for who you are prove to the world just how far you can go With freedom and the feeling of your heart singing to its favorite tune as long as you believe in you take care of yourself like you should and always look for the good that’s all you need to be true truly unguarded yeah

These lyrics are a very personal statement about the artist's life. There are very specific details that illustrate the parts of the artist's life in a wistful, and imaginative way. The main message is that everyone is a combination of those that came before them, but are also their own person. It's a celebration of family, but also individuality.

How To Love You

By Emma Lindman

These lyrics are about a person who has feelings for someone else, but doesn't want the other person to fall in love with them. The lyrics start by explaining the person's insecurities, and go on to explain that because of these, and others, that the person shouldn't fall in love with them. These lyrics are meant to be an apology to the person that is being pushed away, and letting them know that it isn't their fault.

Finished

By Rupert Webb

This is a very rhythmic song. Probably R&B or EDM of some sort. It's clearly sung by a girl and explains why her man's treachery and lies has led to his being dumped. I could probably extend the chorus part if needed by adding more reprisals. It's very tongue in cheek and would easily support a rap part in the middle too.

Crazy Beautiful

By Nick Duer

Another Angel song. She has long flowing hair, and drives a jeep alot of the time. She commented one day that her hair was crazy. I'm living a long way away, and I don't think it was jeep weather there. However I pictured her in the jeep hair blowing everywhere and shorts. A beautiful picture indeed. So my comment was crazy beautiful. I added that was a good song title. I was headed to a doctors appointment that day. So as I waited I wrote the first draft. Here is my final version.
