Ein Text über das einem Widerfahrene, wodurch Verzweiflung und Kraftlosigkeit die einzigen Teilnehmer des Lebens zu sein scheinen, es jedoch irgendwo eine kleine Ecke in dem scheinbar endlosen Kreis des Schmerzes und der Angst gibt, in welcher sich ein Funke Hoffnung zu erkennen gibt, der zugleich Kraft als auch Vertrauen in die eigene Person steckt, um für das kämpfen zu können, wofür es sich lohnt.

Following on from Another Day, Another $ Part 1, Mike tries to make sense of Lucas betrayal and plots his escape from the grips of such a powerful & influential man - all whilst trying to hold onto his fragile relationship with Tess.

This lyric is a result of a very funny practice I had with other quite talented lyricists. The challenge was to write a lyrics about the two words you will get. The words will be the title. My words were "Love Affair". This is what came out of my practice.

I wrote this lyrics as an exercise. A friend of mine gave me the topic and I had to write something based on it. The story is about a very young child whose mother died recently, and how she feels about it. I wrote it in the child's point of view to make the story more deep and heartfelt.
