Left me

(Howard Aronson)

This is a made-up lyric, about a mother who leaves her child at birth and then comes back into that child's life one day when they're older. They appear in their life unexpectedly and take the child by surprise. The child is never dealt with any of this pain, and then says to the mother what the hell are you doing here, you left me, and.I don't want you in my life. This kind of thing happens all too often, and forgiveness is really the way to go, but I know that it's difficult. It's a sad thing to have to experience I'm sure, even though I've never experienced that with my month. But I have experienced similar types of situations with other people, who walked out of my life unexpectedly, and then tried to come back in thinking nothing was ever wrong. I'm sure I did that to people as well. I'm of the belief that forgiveness begets forgiveness.

You conceived me Then you deceived me You left me all alone Without a home I've come too far So who Do You think You are To just walk into my life When you've been out of sight You are someone I never knew And I don't want to know you This conversation is through There's nothing left to say or do I've come too far So who Do You think You are To just walk into my life When you've been out of sight You claim to care But you were never there I was just a baby When you left me I've come too far So who Do You think You are To just walk into my life When you've been out of sight Now I'm on my own I've got a heart of stone So just leave today And stay far away You claim to care But you were never there I was just a baby When you left me I've come too far So who Do You think You are To just walk into my life When you've been out of sight

Rippin Flesh

By Howard Aronson

Although this song has a demonic, or devil like feel to it, it's really about people who just take and take and take. They rip their flesh apart and steal their souls, steal their heart but leave the Mind intact. The reason they do that so the people can feel the anguish to its utmost extent. I certainly was one of those people when I was using drugs. But when I'm sober my heart is strong, my conscience is strong, and I'm a good honest person. Sometimes these people are hard to recognize, and they're very cunning and stealth-like in their actions. They may only take a little bit at first and they're very quiet about doing it. But then one day they take everything because you didn't even expect it. There are so many people out there like this whether it be world leaders, a friend, a spouse or girlfriend / boyfriend, you name it they're out there. And like I said, it's really hard to see it. They are very good at what they do.

One last kiss

By Howard Aronson

This is a lyric about my grandparents and my parents to a degree. Both of them got married young and stayed together until the end. And my grandparents case they were married for 62 years, my grandfather died first and then my grandmother. And my parents case they were married for 53 years, and my dad died couple of months before their 54th anniversary. I know that my parents and grandparents had disagreements but they never went to bad angry. And it was always the last kiss before they went to sleep. My grandfather worked as an electrician and my grandmother stayed home to raise three children and boy did she do a tremendous job. But that came out of price, has she really never got to enjoy all the fruits of her labor. I remember one time my grandfather wanted to buy her a Cadillac because that was her favorite car, but she would not let him do it. She was so selfless. My mom worked for a Time on and off, but basically my dad was the breadwinner. Although this lyric is pretty much made up, it is based on my parents and my grandparents.

Can you see?

By Howard Aronson

This lyric is about a person who has power, and uses it to try to influence people for his own gains. We see it's time and time again in this world that people use propaganda lies and conspiracy theories to get people to believe what they want them to believe. It's about time that they take a look in the mirror and see the person that they really are. Hopefully they do see that and come to their senses. But that's going to take a while, given the state of the world today, and the leaders of the countries who are out there who cause all of this disillusionment. I think it's time that the people speak, and understand that they're being used and lied to. The promises that these people make are never going to materialize and all that happens is that the people suffer while these leaders go on to be rich and defiant.
