At times something inside me
Causes me to feel alone
As if this life is not worth living
When each tomorrow is unknown

Why this happens I'm uncertain
And how to end it I don't know
It's like I'm outside looking in at me
Unaware of where to go

It's as if my mind's invaded
By a stranger within me
Another version in the shadow
Who sees things not as I do see

It's as if I share one body
With two vastly different minds
Each one looking with confusion
At what it is the other finds

Could these feelings be a warning
That my mind is taking strain
Does the brain give you forewarning
Just before you go insane

Now and then I wonder
If the path's been set for me
Will the CRAZY BUG take over
Has it come to set me free
