A man fell in love and for awhile he thought she felt the same. As time passes he learns that he fell all by himself. Just another way of saying that love is a liar.
A comic-book infused rapping romp through old school braggadocio, nerdcore playfulness, and incendiary barbs at the capitalist overlords. With lots of imagery about greek gods and titans, underappreciated game characters, powerlifting, and planet sized balancing it's a great song to make build a legacy off of.
Letting Go is a song about recognizing your own gilded cage high above everyone else and realizing how suffocating it is. Finally, you can find the strength to make your own decisions to let go and leap from your golden balcony into a world that may not be perfect, but will be one that you chose. Has a very Jessie J "Flashlight" feel to it, lots of space for big key changes at the end, and there are also very few songs titled "Letting Go" out there.
