Sinister Minister

(Michael Facciani)

This is about a greedy, money-hungry minister who presents the appearance of a holy, righteous, man of God, but is actually deceiving his congregation and fleecing his flock. Attaining money, wealth, and power is actually all he cares about. In the end, he gets his just desserts.

He claims to be a man of God, but I see right thru his disguise, he’s really just an agnostic clod, there is evil behind his eyes. The collection plate is what matters most, greed and avarice rule the day, he don’t care about no heavenly host, but he claims to show his flock the way. He’s just a sinister minister, though appearances can deceive, the blessings he administers, show that he doesn’t even believe. That holy man on your TV screen, is a wolf shrouded in sheeps wool, all he cares about is colored green, he plays his congregation for a fool. Soon he got mired in a sex scandal, and the truth came pouring out, this was much more than he could handle, he was found not to be devout. He’s just a sinister minister, though appearances can deceive, the false blessings he administers, shows he doesn’t believe. Now he’ll spend eternity in prison, for ruthlessly fleecing his flock, he never believed Jesus has risen, he’s just another jailee on the block. He was just a sinister minister, now he no longer deceive, the false blessings he administered, proved that he never did believe.
