A relatively loud song in the chorus with fast verses, whose lyrical self is desperately on the hunt for intimacy and physical closeness, but doesn't feel ready for a "serious" relationship, but instead wants to compensate for the probable everyday stress with these "stupid nights". The song is romantic in its desperation, but also extremely tragic, as the lyrical self gives up its control in these "stupid nights" and thus becomes more and more loveless and physically dependent.

This song is about keeping it secret that there was a spark of love in the air, even though he was in a relationship that time. That secret is just representative for a couple of secrets that are symbolically hiding under the narrator’s hair. I was seeing the narrator from a woman’s perspective. The atmosphere can be mystical, intimate, energetic, souly, warm. I was pretty much inspired by Jorja Smith while writing it. So genrewise I would see it in an indipop, alternative soul direction. The structure is a really easy pop structure, which could be extended by repeating the first verse and the chorus or just the chorus multiple times. Enjoy the process!
