I grew up in a small town
Be home before the sun goes down.
Wash your hands suppers at 5. 
Say your prayers every night.
Work hard. Believe in yourself.
Never be too proud to ask for help. 
Thank the good lord for everything you got.  It might not be much, but it's still a lot.

remember someone had to sacrifice,
