The Outcast
"The Outcast" details a person who knew someone that committed suicide by gunshot to the head. The character feels a mixture of hurt, contempt, and sadness for the person that chose this course of action. This person is disgusted yet recalls the loved one's distant behavior toward the end. Not really a rhyme scheme here. I wrote this awhile back listening bands like Lamb of God. Preferred genres (but not limited to) Groove metal/ Metal.

Is there hope left? Not at all!
Drown out sorrows to heed the sirens call
Head down by the past you dread
Fatal wound, kiss the bullet head
A modern Judas who couldn't live
The known will finally know the unknown
You decided to go out with a bang
Convincing yourself you've no real worth
A product of self loathing. Repugnance at its finest.
You became obscure to love one... cold
Something was unnerving how you became so silent
Placing your hand in death's hand
And failing like hourglass sand
Poor thing! You've robed yourself in valley shadows
