When my clock stops who can I call on you
either die a legend or live long enough to fall off
and be forgotten the fame you had has been over clouted the attention
of the viewers rerouted and generations not paying attention
to the ground they stand on and by who done founded
leaving them dumbfounded the OGs laughing at us
out of breath gassing at us little do they know
how pressed we are suppressed
because we can't articulate the stress we are so we say yes
we are ignorant, judgmental, quick to catch an attitude
and subadical midnight hours sad waiting for the sun
to reach its latitude we running looking for something
searching for the meaning we been feinding scheming
for our purpose working on ourselves without knowing
what self worth is parents making us feel worthless
we hear live but don't know what that word is
