TARANTULOVE
In 2018 I was on the Colorado River and staying in a Condo. One night we are all outside and this huge tarantula is calmly scaling the wall. Just amazing as I’d never seen a wild one before. It inspired me to write theses lyrics.

With her long lean legs she comes out at night,
Looking for a lover, a lover to do it right,
All dressed up, clinging to the wall
Are you afraid? You should be, as you’re about to fall
TARANTULOVE you’ll look into her eyes
TARANTULOVE she’ll take you by surprise
Getting closer puts you in harms way,
But you’re transfixed she’ll know you’ll stay
Her eyes now clear, you’re in a trance,
Looking so beguiled before her pounce,
TARANTULOVE you’ll look into her eyes,
TARANTULOVE she’ll take you by surprise
Legs entwined, hearts beating close,
Tonight you’re the one, the one she wants the most,
Unable to resist, you fill her with your love,
Her fangs sink in deep, sweet death from above
TARANTULOVE you’ll look into her eyes
TARANTULOVE she’ll kill you, no surprise.
