Racing up the highway throttle on the turn dropping down a cog or two felt those tyres burn leaning into bends really let it rip shoulders almost touching ground couldn't afford to slip up along the mountain pass caning my new ride when tank slap took over and I felt it start to slide thought I'd lost it for a moment heart was in my mouth thought curtains were coming the bike was going south managed to hold it get back in control dropped it down a couple of cogs heard that thunder roll screamed it back up through the box caned it through the bends fearful of the tank slap that almost brought me to an end it's that rush of adrenalin that makes you feel alive living through those moments its the reason that you ride spirit of freedom wind in your hair fire in your heart and a ride that gets you there spirit of freedom wind in your hair fire in your heart and a ride that gets you there

Opfer der Zeit

By Roland Köhler
