Seven Flowers
What's in your garden? These lyrics name seven types of flowers. All seven can be found in nature. If you are an admirer of nature, you may recognize some of these names. I thought it would be interesting to give these flowers agendas. I tried to match each flower's name with a hot-topic social issue.

Verse 1.
Jack-in-the-Pulpits,
seeding the nitwits,
think others are unfit
to live on the mountain.
The Trumpet Creepers,
blossoming speakers,
want to be leaders.
Control the whole mountain.
Wake Robin poses,
afraid of the roses,
demands and imposes.
No gays on the mountain.
Venus's Flytraps
poisonous rants plant
arms in the wrong hands.
More guns on the mountain.
Chorus.
Seven flowers.
Seven they sprang.
Growing in powers.
Drink from a bitter rain.
Seven flowers.
Seven domains.
Darkening towers.
Links on a heavy chain.
Verse 2.
Corporate Wolfsbane
flourishing campaigns.
Billions to obtain.
Just greed on the mountain.
Snap Dragons blooming.
Battles are brewing.
War is consuming.
No peace on the mountain.
Waxflower lifeless
disputing the science.
Bring all in compliance.
No truth on the mountain.
Chorus.
Seven flowers.
Seven they sprang.
Growing in powers.
Drink from a bitter rain.
Seven flowers.
Seven domains.
Darkening towers.
Links on a heavy chain.
Verse 3.
Mountain range flowers
cannot devour
unless we empower
their suits on the mountain.
All have a green thumb,
the heat from a bright sun.
So, let's not allow them
to root on our mountain.
Chorus.
Seven flowers.
Seven they sprang.
Growing in powers.
Drink from a bitter rain.
Seven flowers.
Seven domains.
Darkening towers.
Links on a heavy chain.
